1. The service

AICONTEXT helps you create portable context documents — a membership profile, a Being Known profile, and Session Guides — that describe how you want to work with AI systems, and provides an AI chat that can use those documents. The service is currently a private, invite-only beta.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use AICONTEXT. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

The answers, notes, and instructions you provide remain yours. You grant AICONTEXT a license to store and process them solely to operate the service — including generating your profiles and session guides and providing them back to you. We do not sell your content.

4. AI-generated output

Profiles, session guides, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or carrying it into other services.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AICONTEXT to violate law, to harm others, to probe or disrupt the service, to misrepresent your identity, or to attempt to extract other members' data.

6. Beta status

The service is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed; data handling practices may be refined. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your documents, but you should download copies of anything you rely on.

7. Intellectual property

The AICONTEXT service — including its methodology, question banks, software, and branding — is proprietary to MayCar Inc., doing business as AICONTEXT. Being Known profile™ and related marks are claimed by AICONTEXT. These terms grant you no rights in the service's intellectual property beyond use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICONTEXT and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE].

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on the site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
