1. What we collect

Account information: name, email address, username, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text).

Membership answers: the short questionnaire you complete at signup, including any free-text notes and standing instructions.

Intake responses: your answers to Being Known and Session Guide questions. These can be deeply personal — they may describe your identity, how you think and work, your relationships, and your wellbeing. You choose what to share; every question can be answered at whatever depth you are comfortable with.

Generated documents: the profiles and session guides created from your responses.

Chat transcripts: conversations with the AICONTEXT chat are stored to operate and improve the service during the beta.

Technical data: session tokens, IP address, and browser information used for authentication and security.

2. How we use it

To operate the service: generating your documents, personalizing the chat, maintaining your account, and improving the service during the beta. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content for advertising.

3. AI processing

Your responses and chat messages are processed by third-party AI model providers under contract terms that restrict their use of the data.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed; transport is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; we limit access to those who need it to operate the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL].

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run AICONTEXT (hosting, database, AI processing), under confidentiality obligations; or if required by law; or to protect the safety of members or others.

7. Your choices

Most intake questions are optional. You can download your documents at any time. You can update your standing instructions in the chat panel.

8. Age

AICONTEXT is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and data deleted.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
